Description

The conference returns to the downtown Phoenix Convention Center on August 8th and 9th, 2011, featuring exciting changes to enhance your experience and networking opportunities. We’ve also renewed our partnership with the Arizona Recycling Coalition for this event.

The Phoenix Convention Center can accommodate space requirements for large equipment or display vehicles as needed. Space allocations for vehicles, trailered materials, equipment or other special Convention Center needs must be coordinated with Scott Eisenfeld at 520-881-4546.

 This year’s enhancements:

• We have moved the exhibitor space to Exhibition Hall F with direct access to all educational session rooms. Attendees will no longer leave the Exhibition Hall and walk through the registration lobby to attend educational sessions.

• All exhibitor spaces are 10’x10’ and located in Exhibition Hall F. Artist displays are in the rear of the Exhibition Hall. No exhibits are located in the registration lobby.

• Each space includes a carpeted free-standing display area with a skirted table (6 foot or 8 foot), two chairs, and a garbage receptacle. Recycling containers are located throughout the Phoenix Convention Center.

• All conference breaks, Monday’s lunch, and door prize drawings will be held in the Exhibition Hall, allowing your company to receive the maximum exposure to our conference participants.

• The Exhibition Hall contains networking lounges for your convenience.
 

Certificates of Insurance:

• Each company exhibiting at the conference MUST provide a certificate of insurance with their exhibitor registration form. The certificate must name APWA and the City of Phoenix as the holders of the certificate ($1M individual / $2M aggregate).
• Your selection becomes final only upon receipt of completed forms and certificate(s) of insurance and payment. 
The exhibitor display room will be secured each night. Insurance for loss or theft is not provided by APWA or the Phoenix Convention Center. The cost of electrical connections will be the responsibility of each exhibitor. Order forms for electrical needs will be included in the Show Package provided by US Expo. The Show Packages will be distributed in early July approximately one month prior to the event.
PRICING DEADLINES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Non Members:

On or before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 03, 2011                     $1,200

The exhibitor registration fee includes full registration with all conference meals for two individuals.
Exhibitor registrations will be accepted until July 22, 2011 or until all spaces are sold.

How to reserve your space:

• Exhibitor spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

Review the exhibition map for available spaces and make your selection. (note: map will be updated with names Once a week)

Exhibitors MUST use the online reservation system to guarantee placing a hold on their desired space. Note, you MUST be logged in to reserve your space.

Complete the online request form and select your method of payment, credit card or check. Online payment is by MasterCard or Visa only (Sorry no AMEX – American Express)
 
• Exhibitors selecting the pay by check option must make the check payable to the Arizona Chapter APWA, MUST accompany registration forms and be mailed to the PO Box shown below. Exhibitor spaces reserved on line pending payment by check will be held for a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of reservation. Reserved exhibitor spaces will be forfeited and become available to new registrants if the Arizona APWA does not receive payment within the 14 day time frame.
